چکیده
A strong matching S in a given graph G is a set of disjoint edges {el' e2, ... , em} such that no other edge of the graph G connects an end-vertex of ei with an end-vertex of ej,(ei =Iej). Let Gn,p be the random graph on n vertices with fixed edge probability p, 0 < p < 1. It is shown that, with probability tending to 1 as n ~ 00, the maximum size f3 of a strong matching in Gn,p satisfies where Cl and C2 are constants depending only on p, and d = Resume Un couplage fort S dans un graphe G est un ensemble d'aretes disjointes {el' e2, ...

Matching Integral Graphs of Small Order
In this paper, we study matching integral graphs of small order. A graph is called matching integral if the zeros of its matching polynomial are all integers. Matching integral graphs were first studied by Akbari, Khalashi, etc. They characterized all traceable graphs which are matching integral. They studied matching integral regular graphs. Furthermore, it has been shown that there is no matc...
متن کاملON THE MATCHING NUMBER OF AN UNCERTAIN GRAPH
Uncertain graphs are employed to describe graph models with indeterministicinformation that produced by human beings. This paper aims to study themaximum matching problem in uncertain graphs. The number of edges of a maximum matching in a graph is called matching numberof the graph. Due to the existence of uncertain edges, the matching number of an uncertain graph is essentially an uncertain var...
متن کاملThe matching interdiction problem in dendrimers
The purpose of the matching interdiction problem in a weighted graph is to find two vertices such that the weight of the maximum matching in the graph without these vertices is minimized. An approximate solution for this problem has been presented. In this paper, we consider dendrimers as graphs such that the weights of edges are the bond lengths. We obtain the maximum matching in some types of...
متن کاملThe strong matching number of a random graph
The strong matching number sm( G) of a graph G is the maximum number of edges in G that induces a matching in the graph. For fixed o < p < 1, El Maftouhi and Marquez Gordones [Australasian Journal of Combinatorics 10 (1994), 97-104] showed that sm(Gn,p) is one of only a finite number of values for a.e. Gn,p E 9 (n, p). We show that, in fact, sm(Gn,p) is one of only two possible values for a.e. ...
متن کاملLPKP: location-based probabilistic key pre-distribution scheme for large-scale wireless sensor networks using graph coloring
Communication security of wireless sensor networks is achieved using cryptographic keys assigned to the nodes. Due to resource constraints in such networks, random key pre-distribution schemes are of high interest. Although in most of these schemes no location information is considered, there are scenarios that location information can be obtained by nodes after their deployment. In this paper,...
